Platform SDK Support Policy

The iOS, Android, and JavaScript SDKs use Semantic Versioning(link takes you to an external page). Breaking API changes increment the major version number of the SDK.

Twilio supports SDK version N-1 for 12 months after we release version N. For example, we support version 3.x for 12 months after we release version 4.0.

During this period, we only provide fixes for critical issues in the previous major version. After the 12-month period ends, we no longer support that SDK version.
